It was midday, and the warm sun was beating down on the camp clearing, where Darkstar was grooming. She was just finishing when she heard a rustle, but senced no hostility. She sat up, her eyes focused on the spot where whoever mad the rustle would enter camp. Four cats padded into the clearing. "Why are you here?" Darkstar asked immeadiatly,
A sandy brown tom answered, "We're here to join. I am Tanglefire, and this is Adderstrike, Sweetpaw, and Blazepaw."
Darkstar nodded. She could scent no enemies on their pelts, so decided that it would be okay. "You may join." She saw Blazepaw smile. "Come with me." She padded to the edge of camp.
Later that day, Darkstar leaped to the top of the StarStone, and called her clan. "Every cat of Nightclan, gather to hear what I have to say!" She paused for a moment. "Four cats have asked to join our clan. Tanglefire, do you promise to uphold warrior code, even at the coast of your life?"
"I do." Tanglefire answered.
"Then you will be my deputy." Cheers rang up from the cats in the clearing,
"Adderstike, do you promise to remain loyal the Nightclan, and warrior code?"
"I do."
"Then you will be a warrior." Darkstar smiled as cat cheered for this cat aswell.
"Sweetpaw, Blazepaw, do you promise to train hard and learn the ways of a warrior?"
"I do!" they bother answered.
"Then you will be apprentinces. Blazepaw, your mentor will be Hawkeyes. Sweetpaw, your mentor will be Dewpool. Also, Owlpaw and Puddlepaw need mentors. Tanglefire will mentor Owlpaw and Adderstrike will mentor Puddlepaw."
"Hawkeyes and Adderstrike, please take your apprentinces to the river."
"Meeting Dismissed!"

Adderstrike touched noses with Puddlepaw.
Blazepaw bounded over to Hawkeyes, "Where's the river?" He asked excitedly.
Hawkeyes smiled. "Ill show you. Adderstrike, Puddlepaw, C'mon!" he called to the other group going.
"Alright!" Blazepaw folloed his mentor.
Adderstrike nodded and followed Hawkeyes.
Hawkeyes led out, and Puddlepaw followed.
Silentmoon padded up to Tanglefire. "Hi." she meowed. "Im Silentmoon."
"I'm Tanglefire," he smiled with friendliness. "My brother," he nodded to the brown tabby who was leaving, "is Adderstrike."
Adderstrike nodded and followed Hawkeyes, Blazepaw right behind him.
"Nice to meet you." Silentmoon meowed, trying to be polite.
"You too," Tanglefire meowed. "How long have you bee with NightClan?" He asked.
"Not too long." Silentmoon meowed. "Three moons."
"That isn't very long," Tanglefire noted.
"Yeah." Silentmoon looked away. "I came after my former mate left me for another she-cat." her tone was bitter, but she cheered up instantly. "Why did you join?"
"I didn't want to be a loner anymore. My mother, she was a Clan cat and when I was a kit, she named me and my littermates like the queens in the Clan would," Tanglefire meowed.
